Anthony ... thanks for the referral. I noticed several of your readers came over for a visit on my blog. I like some of your posts. There's no danger of me running barefoot (can't run anymore) or doing yoga while flying (I hate to fly and when I do I sit there like a catatonic). But exercising, Med. diet, saving money -- all things I like to do. Plus, I have Niagara Falls on my Bucket List ... gonna get there one of these days!
